At Ricytos, we work hard to make sure your favorite gourmet rice puffs reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and regions. International shipping is not available at the moment—but we’re working on it!

2. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
3. Delivery Timeline
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days
    Delays due to weather or courier issues may occur, but we’ll always keep you updated.
4. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • A flat rate of ₹49 is charged for orders below ₹499.
5. Packaging & Safety

All Ricytos packs are sealed and packed with care to retain freshness and avoid damage during transit. We use food-grade, eco-conscious materials where possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order status anytime from the “My Orders” section on our website.

7. Delivery Partners

We partner with leading logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Ricytos, we want you to love every crunchy bite. If something’s not right, we’re here to help!
 
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once a pack has been delivered, unless the product is:
  • Damaged or tampered with on arrival
  • Incorrect (wrong item/flavor sent)
  • Expired or past best-before date
 
If any of the above applies, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
 
 
2. Refunds or Replacements
Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement sent to your address (where applicable)
  • A discount coupon for your next order
 
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
 
 
3. How to Report an Issue
Please email us at support@ricytos.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
 
This helps us resolve things faster and improve your experience.
 
 
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at orders@ricytos.com.
